Mr. Chow has 20 years of solid experience in trading and manufacturing. He has been the Director & Deputy General Manager of Shum Yip (S.Z.) Trading Co. Ltd. from 1985 to 1996. The company act ed as the economic and trading representative window for the Shenzhen Municipal Government in Hong Kong. Now she has evolved into Shenzhen Investment Limited listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
From 1997 onwards, Mr. Chow focuses on his electric steel trading and manufacturing business, Weiling Industrial Co. Ltd. Weiling is also the sole dealer of steel products of Baoshan Steel, which is the largest steel manufacturer in China. |

Robert Lo
Director & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Lo is a veteran in both Hong Kong and China automobile industries, with rich experience in marketing and administration. His career started in a leading car and truck distributor in Hong Kong. In 1991, he founded his own company, Kwok Chong Motor Trading Company to export cars and trucks in to China , and later K C (Pacific) Co., Limited owning the dealerships of famous photographic and chemical products.
He also contributes his time to his fellow car dealers a s Honorary Secretary of the Hong Kong LHD Motors Association, a cars and trucks exporters association since 2002. He is also a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. |

Nicholas Lo
Executive Director
Mr. Lo is a dedicated technologist in mobile communications and intelligent transportation systems. He has 10 years of experience in wireless data network. In the early years, he was once involved in the world renowned Hong Kong Electronic Road Pricing Trial project. Later, he founded his own mobile solution company, Silicon Creation Limited and had led the development of different generations of mobile betting systems and mobile stock trading systems for various companies in Hong Kong. In 2002, he founded a nother company, Orion ITS Limited which provides ITS and GPS consultation services to Taiwan, the Philippines and Indonesia.
He obtained both his Bachelor and Master degrees of Engineering in Australia. He is also an active member of professional bodies. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE, Member of the IEAust and Council Member of the Hong Kong ITS Society, etc. |
